The square will accommodate a major theatre, many breakout theatres, a food court and expansive exhibition, set across three halls.

Eagle Square is located between the Head of Service and the Federal Secretariat buildings in the Central Business District of Abuja.
The venue has a large space for parking, and a bus stop just outside the main entrance making it easily accessible.
